为甚么有些华文我的电脑读不到呢？
我已经将所有在 control panel - regional and language options的chinesese language都勾了。但是很多朋友send 华文的email给我，我都不能读。

如果你是指雅虎这类网络邮箱的话，请打开信件后，找到工具栏上有类似Set Encoding或Encoding的设置，选择简体或繁体中文，或Unicode（UTF）编码，进行解码后阅读。
如果网络邮箱中没有这一解码功能，请试试在IE浏览器顶部菜单上的View中选择Encoding，按上面的编码方法解码。
如果是在Outlook Express中查看POP3邮箱的邮件，请在Outlook Express菜单上的View--Encoding中解码。
如果收到的中文邮件都不能阅读的，且在浏览网页或其他软件中也出现汉字不能正确显示的情况，请回到Control Panel--Regional and Language Options--Languages--勾选Install files for East Asia Languages，按提示安装东亚语言支持包。

This is the coding problem.
Click "view" and then "encoding" to choose your preference langguage(big 5 or simplify).
