助粘/界面处理剂



SKC8950在游离基引发交联体系中效果明显，也可用于无交联塑胶中。对钢、铝、铜、聚酯、尼龙、芳纶助粘效果良好，尤其对氟材料也有助粘效果。通常用量2~15份之间，用于各类胶带、胶管、轮胎制品中及塑胶中，也可在塑料中当助粘剂、增韧剂。



SKC8951在亲电加成交联体系中效果明显，和传统的间—甲—白体系相比，耐热才华性能优异，不但无下降，还有改进的趋势。通常用量3~15份之间，适用于种类橡胶制品



SKC8952低极性、低表面能材料表面浸润附着剂，用于高低极性材料共混及高极性材料对PP/PE、PTPF、PET等粘接，也可作为低极性材料的耐油、耐热助剂。用量3~20份



SKC8953用于表面能较高的金属和工程塑料直粘和助粘，在二烯类橡胶中效果明显，需游离基引发。用量3~15份左右，对镀锌好。



SKC8954助粘效果稍差于SKC8953，但耐热、耐水、抗热撕裂、伸长率等方面优于SKC8953，需游离基引发。用量5~20份左右，对镀锌好。



SKC8955对高极性材料亲和性好，对游离基型和亲电加成型交联体系都适应。



SKC8956和SKC8952相似，反应活性高，交联速度快。



SKC8957和SKC8956相似，对低极性材料浸润性更好。



SKC8958应用范围极广，除对PP/PE等表面性极低的材料外，对其它各类极性金属和树脂都有良好的助粘效果。



SKC8959塑料中的助粘剂、颜料分散剂，在橡胶中也有良好效果，但其酸度较高，要考虑对其的所选用交联体系的影响。用量1~5份。



SKC8960和工程塑料亲各性好，可作为处理玻纤芳纶的界面处理剂。用量1~5份。



SKC8961 UPE和VE助粘剂和性能调节剂。用量2~5份。



SKC8962用于水乳型粘接剂和防护胶膜中，和极性材料亲和性好。
