Rewrite the following letter to make it more effective and then put into Chinese.
  Subject: We regret that we cannot accept your counter-offer
  In reference to your e-mail of August 1, we cannot make a better offer than the one we suggested to you, we feel that offer it-self is most generous under the circumstances.
  In checking our books, we find that you have purchased from us twice as much in the first three months of this year as you did in the corresponding period last year. This indicates to us that you have been successful in distributing our merchandise.
  We hope that upon reconsideration you will be able to accept our offer. We have been very pleased to have you on our list of accounts.

In reference to your e-mail of August 1, I'm regret to inform you that we cannot make a better ofter than we made before, because that is the lowest price we can ofter.
After checked our record, we find that you have ordered from us twice time in the past three months this year,which as the crresponding period last year, so you must have been successful in distributing.
We hope you can accept our ofter, and we are glad to give our best service as our other customers.
