9.发射机性能
卖方详细描述设备配置在1－8个载频，单扇区，单发射的情况下，架顶输出功率值。
(1)频率稳定度和相位误差
在正常、极端环境下，基站频率误差容限为5x10-8，基站相位误差峰值应不大于20º，均方根不大于5º。
(4)互调衰减
GSM900基站的互调衰减应不超过Min[70dBc，-36dBm] (100k~890MHz，915MHZ~12.75GHz)，或不超过-103dBm (890~915MHz)。
GSM1800基站的互调衰减应不超过-30dB。若GSM1800与GSM900共用BTS时，互调衰减为30dB，则对890～915MHz频段的杂散辐射不超过0.16pW(-98dBm)。
(5)输出射频频谱
基站的调制频谱、功率切换瞬态频谱的指标应符合GSM有关建议。
6.无线射频调制方式
采用高斯最小移频键控(GMSK)调制，BT=0.3，调制系数为1.35。
各分公司可以根据自身需求提出不同的标准。
传输
为保证全程的传输指标，要求卖方所提供的无线设备的传输衰耗指标满足YD/T 883-1999《900/1800MHz TDMA数字蜂窝联通通信基站子系统设备技术要求及无线指标测试方法》的要求。并应详细论述BSC-BTS，BTS-BTS间可采用的连接方式，并说明星形连接、菊花链连接、分支连接和环路连接的使用条件。因目前传输方案未定，卖方应针对本工程按照各连接方式提出建议方案。本工程要求所有BTS具备菊花链连接功能。

9. The capacity of transmitter
The seller should give detailed description the top box carrier frequency output power when the equipment configuration under the condition of 1-8 carrier frequency, mono section and mono transmition.
(1) The degree of carrier frequency stability and phrase error
The allowance of peak value of the Base Sation phrase error should not be greater than 20º and the rms should not be greater than 5º under the normal and extreme environment.
(4) The attenuation of intermodulation
The attenuation of intermodulation of GSM900 Base Sation should not exceed Min [70dBc, -36dBm] (100k~890MHz, 915MHZ~12.75GHz), or should not exceed -103dBm (890~915MHz).
The attenuation of intermodulation of GSM1800 Base Sation should not exceed -30dB. If GSM1800 and GSM900 joint use the same BTS and the attenuation of intermodulation is 30dB, then the scattering radiation to the 890～915MHz frequency band should not exceed 0.16pW(-98dBm).
(5) The spectra of output radio frequency
The target of modulating spectra and power switching transient state spectra of the Base Station should be accord with the relational suggestions of GSM.
6. The modulation mode of wireless radio frequency
It adopts the least gauss frequency shift keying (GMSK) to modulate, BT=0.3, the modulation quotiety is 1.35.
