首先纠正，你的foos,打错了，应该是food.

我认为，解题关键在于断句。
这个句子只有一个标点符号——句号，可是很明显是由两个分句组成的复合句，所以理解这样的句子，断句是关键。
_______you eat correct food /这个句子，主谓宾语齐全，可以判断是一个完整的分句。由此可以得出结论，后面的成分应该是另一个分句。那么可以判断，will you be .....是一个倒装句。所以，现在我们需要一个能实现句子倒装的单词，只有Only放在句首时，句子需要倒装，所以答案就是 only if.
