保证你的XP是使用NTFS分区!因为只有在NTFS下才能使用这个功能,如果不是也可以用命令"convert c: /fs:ntfs"命令将要加密的盘转换成NTFS格式。
然后操作如下：
1. 单击开始，指向所有程序，指向附件，然后单击 Windows 资源管理器。
2. 找到并右键单击所需的文件夹，然后单击属性。
3. 在常规选项卡上，单击高级。
4. 在“压缩或加密属性”下，选中“加密内容以便保护数据”复选框，然后单击确定。
5. 单击确定。
6. 在出现的确认属性更改对话框中，执行下列步骤之一：&#8226; 如果您仅需要加密文件夹，则请单击“将更改仅应用于此文件夹”，然后单击确定。
&#8226; 如果您想加密现有文件夹内容和此文件夹，请单击“将更改应用于此文件夹、子文件夹及文件”，然后单击确定。
此文件夹于是就成了加密的文件夹。您在此文件夹中创建的新文件将自动加密。注意，这不能防止他人查看此文件夹的内容。它可以防止其他人打开加密文件夹中的项目。例如，如果另一用户尝试打开一个在此加密文件夹中创建的 Microsoft Word 文档，将出现下面的消息：
Word cannot open the document:Username does not have access privileges
(drive:\filename.doc)
如果另一用户尝试将加密文件夹中的文档复制或移动到硬盘上的另一位置，将出现下面的消息：
Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy Filename:Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use.
(而你说的命令我想也是在NTFS格式下才能使用的，其功能和上述功能一样，记不清楚了)

也可以利用XP漏洞加密,依次打开:开始-程序-附件-命令提示符.在里面输入md d:/jiami../ 这时在D盘就会自动生成一个文件名为jiami.的文件夹.再在开始-运行中输入d:/jiami../就可打开该文件夹.要删除文件夹,可以依次打开:开始-程序-附件-命令提示符.在里面输入rd d:/jiami../就可将该文件夹删除了.

把你的磁盘文件系统转化为NTFS:
进入CMD,键入convert [盘符]:/FS:NTFS
只能单向转换,即只能从FAT32转化为NTFS,而且不丢失磁盘里的文件.
然后在文件夹的属性中设置文件夹加密!

先从资源管理器中找到要加密的文件,右键到属性-常规-高级-加密
就可以了

在FAT32的文件系统下面，肯定是要第三方软件来加密了，除非你把文件系统改成NTFS的。
